Euphoria sepulcralis
This beetle was collecting pollen from a blooming horsemint flower. This beetle is a fairly common species in the United States. It has a black and white Spectacled elytra, with a slight green Iridescence towards the center of the elytra. It rested on this stick until it's wing were warm enough to fly away.
It is found in North America in countries such as Mexico and southern and Central United States. Mainly in gardens, parks, and fields.
Was about an inch long.
