Jumping Spider

Opisthoncus sp

Description:

7mm pale yellow jumper with black eyes and markings on the head

Habitat:

hiding in two leaves cemented together with silk, not sure of the tree species but it is in a sub urban and semi rural coastal area in a relatively undisturbed section of garden.

Notes:

Thanks to Prof. Ron Atkinson and Chun Xing Wong for assistance with the ID. It may be a juvenile and O. polyphemus has been suggested

I am guessing that she is a young Opisthoncus polyphemus.

Thanks Adarsha, Karen and Shanna, it could be two-spotted jumping spider but has enough differences so I am looking further. Like Shanna I have exhausted my resources but am asking others who may have better ones
