Tailed Jay

graphium agamemnon

Description:

A large birdwing/swallowtail butterfly with a spotted green pattern with a hint of red edging.

Habitat:

Adjacent to a small stream. Altitude 1000m.

Notes:

The most impressive butterflies that I see on a daily basis. Not the easiest to photograph though, as they are skittish and rarely land within reach.
