Spider

Description:

Brown with an indistinct pattern down its back..

Habitat:

The perimeter of this waterbody in an urban residential area is overgrown with weeds. thee are a few trees too. This spider was fidgeting a lot on the leaf of a Taro-like plant. The problems were not only its movements but also the stiff breeze shaking the leaf and the inquisitive morning walkers...still I did get a couple of OK-ish shots.

Notes:

The only pattern on a spider's back that I recognize is Neoscona....some help, please. 2nd shot is cropped for ID.
