Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing Moth

Description:

The wingspan is 30 – 40 mm. The length of the forewings is 16–20 mm. According to Wikipedia moth flies in one generation from late June to September however my spotting was much earlier. Its larvae feed on various deciduous trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants.

Habitat:

It is found in Europe and North Africa.
