Navajo blackberry

Description:

A hybrid blackberry, reaching a maximum size of 6 x 4 feet. It was bred in Arkansas as a heat tolerant agricultural crop for the Deep South. It bears an excellent tasting, moderately small, black fruit with an excellent shelf life. An acre of Navajo blackberry can produce up to 8000 pounds of fruit per acre. The stems are thornless.
