Common Screwpine (Fruiting)

Description:

The Common Screwpine (Pandanus utilis) is, despite its name, a tropical tree and not a pine. It is native to the Indian Ocean islands of Madagascar, Mauritius, and the Seychelles. It is a member of the family Pandanaceae.

Habitat:

This specimen was spotted at the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, Mt. Coot-Tha.

Notes:

GENERAL CONFUSION :-/ Which fruit belongs to which tree? Photos #1-4 are what the Brisbane Botanical Gardens says is Pandanus utilis, and photo #5 is of Pandanus seychellarum (and endemic species of the Seychelles). Both plant species grow in the Seychelles. Both trees are labelled accordingly in the botanical gardens and there are definitely two different varieties of fruit, but the photograph on the Wikipedia link shows photo #5 as Pandanus utilis. Who is correct?
