Unidentified tigermoth.Resembles Arctiidae, Lithosiinae: Barsine sp. (or Erebidae, Arctiinae...)

Habitat:

Spotted on the underside of a leaf in a large, semi-urban yard & garden, in close proximity to a disturbed patch of remnant lowland forest. This is in the equatorial tropics of northern New Guinea.
