Pingasa ruginaria
This is the most common species of the Pingasa moths genus. These moths can camouflage very well on lichen-covered tree barks. It's wings have colors of lichens and tree barks. Medium-sized, wingspan 40 mm. The underneath of it's wings are bright yellow - as seen in this spotting http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/287...
Found in the hostel washroom of Bombalai Jungle Lodge, Tawau Hills Park, Sabah.
