Fairy or longhorn moth

Nemophora sp.

Description:

Tiny moth about 10mm long with multi-hued glossy or metallic patches on the forewings. Also antennae about twice the length of the wings.

Habitat:

Hiding in the flowers of Goodenia in a local national park.

Notes:

Also called longhorn moths. This one has been seen several times now but apparently not described yet.
