Diadasia diminuta
Diadasia diminuta has blonde hairs and greenish eyes. Black and white striped abdomen seen in pics 2 and 3. They specialize on pollen from globe mallows. The long hairs means this is probably a female.
Spotted collecting pollen on Streambank Globe Mallow (Iliamna rivularis) in a meadow next to the Umtanum Creek. Eastern Cascade foothills.

So do I Single D. They are fascinating to watch and there are so many specialized bees like this one.
