Thanks for that 'traffic'-link Elsa... I'm sorry to have to confirm that the myth about the Tokay Gecko being able to cure things like asthma, even cancer - is believed here in the Philippines. And even if not everyone thinks that it's true, simply the fact that someone is willing to pay big bucks for body parts means that this creature's life is very much in danger here!
