A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife

Found sleeping on the underside of a poppy leaf in our vegetable garden.
These wasps are abundant in our garden right now. They fly and walk around very rapidly so are hard to photograph. I go out early in the morning to feed our chickens. Which is a good time to spot insects before they become active. A good opportunity to photograph them.
