Roughly 10-12 millimeters in body length, colored as shown.
Found on sunflower (Helianthus anuus), visiting extrafloral nectaries on the stems and flower buds. Overall habitat is degraded shortgrass prairie with yucca, scattered elm trees and prickly pear cacti.
