these things 'burst' between my fingers and are full of slime sort of stuff (see 3rd picture). The goo has a strong smell of something familiar... Maybe just spores from organic kitchen waste or a neglected fridge but I couldn't place it at the time. Alexkonigs suggestion on my other spotting makes me think this could be the same species at a different stage: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/129...
