Dispar compacta
About 22mm long. Tan coloured with a patch of white middle of underwing. Pale setae around thorax and under head.
Resting on a Solanaceae (kangaroo apple?) leaf in a country nature reserve.

Apparently these sleep in the day and are active at night. No wonder it was so cooperative. Refused to show upper wing surfaces though.
