Green Cutworm Moth

Anicla infecta

Description:

Medium sized predominantly green caterpillar with a lateral white stripe on each side. White striped slightly edged with black on the front 1/3 of body. Curls up when threatened. Smooth with no hair.

Habitat:

Suburban garden. Found when weeding the garden. I am not sure where it was before I found it curled up on the ground.
