Oruza Noctuid Moth (Male)

Oruza stragulata

Description:

Oruza stragulata or Zagira stragulata Pagenstecher, 1900, of subfamily Aventiinae, family Noctuidae (Owlet Moths) . The adult moth of this species has brown wings. The forewings each have a pale area along the costa which extends across the thorax. The wings have a bulge along the outer margin, and a hook tip to the apex. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

Habitat:

Backyard garden.

i can only narrow it down to Erebidae, Boletobiinae, Aventiini !
