Pterophorus niveus
Pterophorus niveus (Snellen, 1903), white-colored plume moth. Spotting is with wingspan of 26mm. Pterophorus Schäffer, 1766, is probably the most distinctive of the plume moths, and one of the largest. Its wings are deeply divided into several 'fingers', each of which is finely feathered, or plumed.
Backyard garden, spotted on ceiling of the garage.
