Large moth or butterfly with black body and central wing triangle surrounded by orange V and then black with pale stripe. Wing edges frilled. Apologies for the photo, only IPhone and I couldn’t get closer due to the very large orb spider between me and this one.
Tropical rainforest, autumn.
Sat completely still for some time. Sadly not so for the fabulous Ulysses butterflies I saw and did not get any pictures of.
