White-eyed Slaty Flycatcher

Melaenornis fischeri

This is an adult (left) and juvenile (right) flycatcher. Their white eyes make them distinctive birds, and they are normally seen either singly or in pairs.

While being a highland bird, they can often be seen in woodland habitat or in gardens.

Thank you pamsai. It is a fantastic mission and fills a much needed gap in collating spottings from this biodiverse area!
