Euodynerus crypticus

Description:

It is a small wasp that has shiny blue wings and a slender abdomen.This specimen is a female because of it only having one yellow band.It also has red and black patterns on the head, thorax, and abdomen.

Habitat:

Semi-urban, Fort Worth, Texas.

Notes:

These wasps make their nests out of mud or in the ground feeding there babies with spiders and caterpillars.They also like pollinating lots of wildflowers and plants.
