Sparrow sized finch, with greenish appearance, and bright-yellow-and-black panels on wings (did not manage to capture that here; but here is one of my previous spottings from the same region: https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/11...
Seen in protected marshes (Mategnin les Fontaines), one of the few remaining ones in Geneva suburbs. These wetlands are situated exactly on the border between Switzerland and France.
