Dingy Cutworm Moth

Description:

Inch long brown moth. Very distinctive shapes in different shades of brown over the wings. Fuzzy thorax and two separate (one larger and one smaller) oval shapes on each wing.

Habitat:

These moths are found all across the United States. This one was found in our house in Grand Island, Nebraska at 565 masl.
